Vendor/Exhibitor Information

  • Exhibit spaces are 10’x10’ in size.
  • All  booth assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis, as payments are received. You will not be considered to have a booth until payment in full is received. Confirmation will be emailed or faxed to you.
  • Move-in and set-up must be complete before the start of the Tournament. Break-down is at the conclusion of the Tournament. Specific times will be e-mailed or faxed to you well in advance of the Tournament dates.
  • No generators are permitted on-site.
  • Only Coca-Cola products are sold on-site.
  • Host Hotel information and driving directions are provided.
  • On your application, you MUST list the products/services that you will have in your booth. Only the items listed on the applications will be permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Once payment has been received, there is no refund in the event you are unable to attend the Tournament.
  • The Twisted 4v4 Soccer Shootout organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any submitted exhibitor/vendor applications. In the event your application is not accepted, 100% of any and all fees will be refunded.
